Job summary

Paychex is seeking an HR client services professional to ensure client satisfaction with HR products and services. You will manage relationships with a small client base, provide consultative guidance, and work with internal partners to deliver actionable solutions remotely and in-person.

The role supports Performance Management, Recruiting, Compensation, and Employee Engagement initiatives, and may assist with EPLI/PEO matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR or equivalent.
• Experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Services clients both remotely and in-person and provides consultative guidance to ensure appropriate resolution of client issues.
• Partners and collaborates with internal departments/subject matter experts in delivering actionable responses or plans to clients’ concerns.
• Provides consultative guidance and advice in Performance Management, Recruiting, and Retention Strategies.
• May support PEO clients with EPLI insurance setup with internal partners.
• May conduct open enrollment meetings for PEO clients and advise on plan selection and contributions.
• Communicates and interprets HR policies while providing remedies for employee relations issues.
