Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field.
2-3 years in account management, client relations, or program coordination in healthcare staffing.
Proven ability to build client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
Positive, enthusiastic, people-oriented; client-facing and collaborative.
Strong consultative communication; active listening and needs discovery.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: build trust-based relationships and on-site visits.
Account Management & Program Execution: manage onboarding through program delivery and scheduling.
Growth & Reporting: identify expansion opportunities and participate in QBRs.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Travel to client locations, prospect sites, and industry events as needed.
