Job summary

Caliber is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in the United States (TX) to support recruitment marketing, sourcing, and candidate engagement across assigned markets. You will network, advertise, and build pipelines while maintaining Caliber standards.

The role requires 2–4 years of HR experience, proficiency with Workday/CRM, and strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Occasional in-market travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years of Recruiting and/or HR experience.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management systems; Workday and CRM are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans and align KPI with leadership.
• Develop recruitment marketing content and advertising across approved platforms.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using CRM tools, job boards, and social platforms; engage passive candidates.
