Job summary

Truist in Savannah, GA is seeking a client-focused Banking Associate to deliver an industry-leading service experience in person and over the phone, developing and expanding client relationships. You will offer financial solutions based on consultative conversations, refer complex needs to specialists, and may perform teller duties as needed.

Regular full-time schedule, 1st shift in the United States, with weekend hours and occasional travel; any required licensing must be completed within 30

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, with applicable background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and weekend/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships through consultative conversations and referrals.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed.
• Contribute to meeting or exceeding client service and sales targets.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists for further assistance.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and ongoing product knowledge training.
• Advise on lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and policies to maintain compliance.
