Truist is seeking a driven client associate in Savannah to deliver exceptional service and accurate handling of transactions. You will guide customers through digital banking options and collaborate with team members to identify needs and present appropriate products.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, including occasional travel and weekend hours.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to travel and work weekends/extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate transactions.
Educate clients on digital self-service options, including ATMs and online/mobile banking.
Support sales through outbound calls and referrals to branch teams.
Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to tailor solutions.
Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
Maintain internal controls and comply with policies and procedures.
Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
