Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Miami seeks an Account Manager to oversee business operations for assigned client regions. You will support onboarding, inspect contractor performance, and ensure client satisfaction while developing long-term relationships with clients and Contractors.

You will negotiate contracts, coordinate site visits, manage CRM records, and supervise Night Managers to deliver services. Strong English/Spanish communication and a detail-oriented, proactive mindset are

Qualifications

• Three to five+ years of sales and management experience in building maintenance, facility management, or equivalent.
• Bilingual English and Spanish highly preferred.
• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree desirable.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through on commitments.
• Positive, outgoing personality; strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient in MS Office and CRM.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention, expansion and diversification of City Wide building solutions.
• Formulate and manage a service strategy and schedule tailored to each client.
• Negotiate contracts and enter into agreements for additional services—determine pricing and logistics.
• Oversee Contractor relationships including interviewing, pricing, terms, and compliance.
• Ensure quality and client satisfaction through inspections and follow-through with promises.
• Supervise Night Managers to execute the client strategy and services.
• Coordinate staffing needs, procure supplies, and promote client services.
• Communicate client issues to Contractors and the Director of Operations; address problems promptly.
• Use CRM to document inspections, charges, routing, and client communications.
• Update BIS, FSM Summary Sheets, Exhibit A’s; ensure MSDS labeling and accuracy.
