• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lb.
• Flexible schedule with late nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Boutique Management: requires in-store presence to develop and coach teams, ensure boutique image and standards.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire team to deliver elevated client experiences.
• Lead and develop client base through community involvement and partnerships.
• Provide ongoing training on CHANEL savoir faire, product details and service delivery.
• Drive business results with agility and KPI-driven improvements.
