CHANEL in Dallas is seeking a Manager, Client Development to lead boutique teams and deliver extraordinary client experiences. You will coach a diverse team, drive business results, and equip the Boutique Director with critical insights.

The role requires at least 5 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree. In-store presence, strong communication, and a passion for CHANEL heritage are essential. This is a full-time, on-site position in Dallas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lb.
• In-store boutique management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire team to deliver elevated client experiences.
• Develop and coach teams; provide training on CHANEL savoir faire.
• Lead with agility, track KPIs, and drive business results.
• Represent CHANEL in the market and build client base through events.
