The Salvation Army USA Eastern Territory in Philadelphia seeks a Client Funds and Payroll Coordinator to manage client funds and processing of expenses, plus payroll for PA hourly staff. The role partners with Developmental Disabilities Program staff and external financial professionals, ensuring confidentiality and strict regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include bank account management, signatory coordination, audits, and cross-training to support Accounts Payable/HR in a full-time

Competenze

• Associate degree or 3–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with Therap software is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and basic office software.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Must provide training and comply with PA Act 153 child abuse requirements and clearances.

Mansioni

• Monitor and process client funds and expenses; payroll coordination for PA hourly staff.
• Maintain confidential financial records and prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
• Coordinate bank accounts, signatories, and Social Security/Representative Payee reporting.
• Liaise with Program Directors, DHQ staff, and vendors; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide cross-training support and assist Accounts Payable/HR as needed.
