Job summary

FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock is seeking a professional and energetic Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (CSR) to serve current customers and prospective clients in our FASTSIGNS Center. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and design/production staff, handling inquiries, quotes, and order input with a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of B2B customer service or inside sales experience, preferably in printing or sign

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Customer Service and/or Inside Sales experience working with business-to-business customers including handling customer inquiries, preparation of job quotes, and order inputting.
• Background in Printing or Sign industry preferred
• Excellent communication and strong sense of urgency to get things done.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines for customer orders.

Responsibilities

• Answers in-person and telephone inquiries from customers and prospects and advises on best ways to fulfill requests.
• Obtains required information from customers and prepares estimates and quotes.
• Inputs customer orders into the POS system (CoreBridge) and manages orders from data entry through production and delivery.
• Keeps updated on job status and addresses customer and production inquiries promptly.
• Provides customer service support for house accounts as assigned.
• Performs other duties as necessary to meet customer requests.
