Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Utility Setup Client Coordinator to act as the primary link between clients, internal teams, and utility providers for starting and stopping utilities. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a significant portion of the day spent on phone-based work.

The position is hybrid in Utah with in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, full-time hours, and pay of $17.35 per hour plus performance-based tier pay.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Phone Comfort: Comfortable handling high call volumes (75% phone-based work).
• Problem Solving: Ability to stay composed, focused, and effective during high-stress situations.
• Self-Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize daily workload independently.
• Teamwork: Approachable, collaborative attitude with a focus on team success.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to direct client inquiries and correspondence promptly.
• Investigate and resolve utility starting delays, disconnects, and client requests.
• Coordinate communication between clients, internal team members, utility providers, and property residents.
• Place and receive calls with Utility Coordinators to streamline account setup and troubleshooting.
• Document utility disconnects and stopping requests, providing clear, high-level summary reports along with action plan resolutions.
• Adapt to evolving project priorities and additional duties as assigned.
