The role emphasizes educating clients on digital banking, supporting cross-sell opportunities, and maintaining compliance with internal controls. Weekend/extended hours and occasional travel may be required as part of a flexible staffing model.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship-building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and use PC software for branch automation.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and complete transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales by identifying client needs and referring to branch specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk policies to ensure compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
