Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• 6 months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC and bank software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Ability to travel to cover temporary staffing needs and to work weekends/extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outreach, identifying client needs, and guiding to branch specialists.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines and training sessions.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and evolving policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
