Truist Wealth in Columbus, GA is seeking a regular, customer-focused teller or client service professional. You will complete client transactions accurately, educate clients on digital banking, and support the sales process by identifying needs and referring to branch specialists.

Strong interpersonal communication and cash handling experience are valued, with adherence to internal controls and risk policies. Weekend hours and travel may be required based on branch needs.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of client service or cash handling experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn branch automation software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous service and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options, including online and mobile banking.
• Support sales by identifying client needs and referring to branch team members.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and risk management policies.
• Assist with new account openings and issue resolution as needed.
