Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate completion of client transactions with attention to detail.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATM, Online/Mobile).
• Assist sales process through outreach and referrals to branch team.
• Support IRM initiatives to tailor Truist solutions to client needs.
• Participate in leadership routines and training sessions.
• Maintain adherence to internal controls and risk policies.
• Assist as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
