Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks a regular full-time teller/customer service specialist to complete client transactions, maintain accurate records, and deliver high-quality service. You will help clients meet financial needs and promote digital self-service while supporting IRM initiatives within a collaborative team.

The role involves outbound client outreach, assisting with new accounts, adhering to controls, and ongoing training to deepen product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing and shifts.
• Weekend and/or extended hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions.
• Support sales via outbound calls and client outreach.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Leadership routines.
• Commit to product knowledge and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Assist as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
