You will support sales outreach, apply integrated relationship practices, and participate in branch leadership routines. The position requires a high school diploma, 2 years of teller or client service experience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and assist with complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support team sales by outreach, checking offers, and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and policies; stay informed of changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, handling volume per branch needs.
