Job summary

Truist in Linwood, NJ is seeking a Part Time Universal Banker to deliver high-quality client service, process transactions, and support sales and IRM initiatives. You will educate clients on digital banking and assist with outbound outreach while maintaining accurate records and compliance with policies.

The role requires a high school diploma and customer service experience; weekend/extended hours and some travel may be needed. Competitive hourly pay ranges and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and conducting transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales process by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and product knowledge meetings for continued development.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies and stay updated on policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
