Qualifications

• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous transactions and needs discovery.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions to enhance service.
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and apply it to client needs.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to controls and risk policies; stay updated on procedures.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
