Job summary

Truist in McLean, VA is seeking a Part Time Universal Banker to provide timely client transactions, maintain accurate records, and deliver high-quality service.

You will educate clients on digital self-service options, assist with outbound calls, and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

The position requires weekend/extended hours availability and travel as needed to cover staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• 6 months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient PC and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience while handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking.
• Support sales through outbound calls and identify needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and product knowledge meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
