Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time Teller in Morristown, TN to provide accurate client transactions and a high-quality service experience. You will educate clients on digital banking, assist with outbound outreach, and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

You will work as a frontline contact, handle a variety of branch tasks, ensure compliance with policies, and participate in training to grow product knowledge and customer relationships. Weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-facing experience in teller or cash handling.
• Sales or relationship-building experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Able to operate PC software for branch automation.
• Able to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient with basic Office applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Willing to travel for temporary staffing needs and varied hours.
• Weekend and extended hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a distinctive client experience through courteous transactions and needs discovery.
• Educate clients on digital banking and self-service options.
• Assist with outbound outreach and identify client needs for branch referrals.
• Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to tailor solutions.
• Engage in branch leadership routines and training activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, controls, and risk procedures.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
