Truist is seeking a Regular full-time team member in the United States to help process client transactions and deliver high-quality service. You will educate clients on digital and self-service options, support outbound calls, and contribute to Integrated Relationship Management efforts to meet customers’ financial needs.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills and flexibility for branch staffing needs.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and work weekends/extended hours as needed.

Aufgaben

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with courteous conversation and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach, identifying needs, and referring to branch team members.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and continue product knowledge training.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies and stay informed of policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling work based on branch needs.
