Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time Teller/Customer Service Associate to provide timely and accurate client transactions, delivering superior service and maintaining records. This position supports customer engagement and cross-training for sales and IRM activities.

You will be trained to educate clients on digital banking, participate in outbound outreach, and help identify opportunities to better serve both consumer and business clients while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous interactions and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through trainings and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and policies to ensure compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
