Job summary

Qualifications
- Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications
- Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs
- Weekend/extended hours with travel may be required
Responsibilities
- Provide distinct client experience and handle complex and standard transactions
- Educate clients on digital banking options (ATM, Online, Mobile)
- Support sales by outreach and identifying client needs
- Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions
- Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
- Attend trainings to advance product knowledge and compliance with policies
- Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution
