Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standard transactions while identifying client needs
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online, Mobile banking)
• Support team sales by outbound client outreach and referrals to branch staff
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and compliance with policies
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution
