Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a dedicated Teller in Lake Stevens, WA. You will welcome clients, process account transactions, and resolve servicing issues in person, while identifying opportunities to transition clients to a Banker for deeper financial wellness discussions.

Responsibilities include accurate cash handling, balancing the drawer, and staying current on product guides and policies. Saturdays may be required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience required.
Experience in client service is required.
Experience with cash handling is required.
General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator is required.
Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

Embodies a strong client experience culture and serves clients in-person in the branch.
Performs teller functions efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with procedures.
Identify and resolve client servicing issues and escalate when needed.
Transition clients to bankers for deeper financial wellness conversations.
Balance cash drawer within balancing guidelines and follow security procedures.
Maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies.
Possess ability to work Saturdays as directed by management.
Adhere to bank policies and conduct, avoiding conflicts of interest.
