Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture with every client interaction.
• Performs teller functions accurately in a branch setting and balances cash drawer.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues; escalate as needed.
• Guide clients to bankers for deeper financial wellness conversations.
• Attend in-person meetings and adhere to compliance, audit, and security procedures.
• Work Saturdays as directed by management.
