Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience required.
• Experience in a client service role required.
• Experience in cash handling required.
• General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and calculators required.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture and ensures accurate teller functions.
• Perform teller duties in-person in a branch setting.
• Identify and resolve client service issues and escalate when needed.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and refer clients to a Banker.
• Assist clients with financial goals using wellness tools.
• Attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Follow compliance, audit and security procedures and balance cash drawer.
• Stay current on product guides, fees, and policies.
• Work on Saturdays as directed by management.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Comply with KeyBank policies and professional conduct.
