Job summary

You will participate in morning huddles, follow policies, and support sales of banking products through everyday conversations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
• Experience in a client service role (required).
• Experience in cash handling (required).
• General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator (required).
• Notary License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture, being present with every client and teammate.
• Assumes responsibility for teller functions in an in-person branch setting.
• Proactively identify and resolve client servicing issues, escalating as needed.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a Banker.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals through financial wellness tools.
• Balance cash drawer within balancing guidelines.
