Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to implement client products across delivery channels and provide high-level escalation support for revenue-focused projects. You will mentor teammates, engage with sales, product, and support, and maintain technical documentation and demonstrations.

The role requires 5–9 years in financial compliance context, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent in related field.
• 5-9 years industry experience, including exposure to Financial Compliance.
• Strong client service orientation with data quality focus.
• Excellent problem solving and judgment for complex business problems.
• Deep product knowledge in risk and compliance products; hands-on technical approach.
• Advanced presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leadership experience: ability to set direction and motivate teams.
• Teamwork: strong collaboration and conflict management.
• Knowledge of SDLC and multiple tech stacks (Windows/Linux, SQL, XML, REST/SOAP).
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical integration and consulting services to external clients and internal teams.
• Share knowledge, best practices, and examples to advance implementation.
• Provide installation, configuration, and project plan updates.
• Translate technical terms for clients of varying tech levels.
• Offer 3rd-level support and escalate when necessary.
• Conduct technical demos and product integration presentations.
• Participate in projects to improve team productivity.
• Complete required training and skill development.
• Maintain understanding of databases, programming, search, and web tech.
• Contribute ideas to improve client satisfaction and team efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
