You will serve as a trusted advisor for partners, handling complex integrations and data flows while ensuring maximum value from our platform. The role requires 2–4 years in a client-facing technical capacity, strong API/data skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a client-facing technical role managing multiple projects.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks and SaaS data integrations.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis for troubleshooting.
• Proven track record guiding clients through pre- and post-sales lifecycles.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to translate business needs into scalable tech.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Nice to have: experience in tax tech, payroll, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to support pre-sales activities, including discovery, solution design, technical demonstrations, and RFP responses
• Lead onboarding for new clients and own partner implementations end-to-end, from technical design and integration through testing, launch, and post-launch support
• Act as the primary technical advisor for clients, addressing integration challenges, product configurations, and data flows
• Provide ongoing technical guidance post-launch, including best practices, troubleshooting, and optimization recommendations
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to represent customer needs and influence roadmap priorities
• Create and maintain technical documentation, playbooks, and solution guides for both internal and external stakeholders
