Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and support the Sales team by participating in bid defense meetings to drive new solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities and identify opportunities.
• Develop profiles of target customers for Sales to customize strategies and offerings.
• Create and update sales collaterals such as presentations and case studies to support client engagements.
• Build relationships with industry stakeholders to stay informed about developments and identify potential partnerships.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to share insights on industry trends and customer profiles to align strategies.
