Responsibilities

• Prepare and provide quotes to customer inquiries and create sales orders.
• Document costing used in quotes and save for records.
• Prepare submittals for customer review and approval.
• Coordinate with customers on product information, warranties, and delivery dates.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Production on product delivery.
• Answer questions on product, pricing, availability, and terms.
• Follow up after sales to resolve problems and provide support.
• Provide administrative support to the Director and Executive Sales Associates.
