Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (industrial or B2B) preferred.
• Strong outbound calling and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform outreach to decision-makers via phone, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
• Gauge interest, identify needs, and connect the decision-maker with the team for next steps.
• Achieve and outperform quotas set by leadership.
• Collaborate with OSRs and Sales Leaders to prioritize regions, market sectors, and product families.
