DCX stands out as a leading BPO helping US-based clients with growth goals. The Home-Based Sales & Product Support Specialist will coordinate sales operations, maintain pricing data, and ensure accurate CRM records across opportunities from initial contact to delivery.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Sourcing, Finance, and Creative teams, create client-facing proposals, manage quotes, and monitor orders in NetSuite.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales support, product support, sales operations, customer service, account coordination, or a related role.
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Support Strategic Accounts and New Business Development initiatives.
• Create customer presentations, sales materials, and product proposals.
• Build and manage customer quotes and pricing submissions.
• Coordinate sample requests, creative requests, and customer deliverables.
• Track projects from opportunity through production and delivery.
• Monitor open purchase orders and customer shipments.
• Communicate order status, project updates, and delivery timelines.
