Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for clients to advise on product trends, differing approaches within the industry, and user adoption and feedback.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of product functionality across our entire product portfolio as well as client policies to deliver accurate and efficient support and feedback to clients.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret client and user feedback, and product usage trends to identify opportunities, surface emerging concerns, and inform business decisions.
• Partner with internal teams to communicate feedback and support continuous product improvement based on client and user needs.
