Job summary

Second Sight Solutions, a BRG health technology subsidiary, seeks a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end platform design for data-driven decision‑making. You will translate concepts into user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and detailed UI specs for a development team.

Collaborating with a skilled, remote-capable team, you will mentor designers, advocate for user needs, and align design decisions with business and technical constraints.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
• Compelling portfolio of design projects demonstrating clean designs and strong process.
• Experience in UX, Visual Design, or IA within multi-disciplinary teams (tech + design).
• Ability to mentor designers through pairing, critiques, and modeling best practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mockups with detailed UI specs for development.
• Engage in ongoing activities to evolve design processes and integrate them into agile workflows.
• Lead and coach the design team to ensure high-quality outputs and effective collaboration.
• Represent the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
• Present work and insights to cross-functional teams, guiding decisions and elevating design standards.
