Second Sight Solutions, a BRG health technology subsidiary, seeks an Analyst for the Product Success Engagement team. You will engage with clients and users, translate feedback into product insights, and support policy-aware product improvement.

Responsibilities include guiding clients on product trends, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive issue identification. A bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience are required, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and understanding of business, finance, accounting, statistics, product development, or data analysis.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Client and User Engagement: serve as a point of contact for clients to provide guidance on product trends, adoption and feedback.
• Provide Product and Policy Expertise: develop knowledge of product functionality and client policies to deliver accurate support and feedback.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally to Enhance Products: gather and interpret client feedback and usage trends to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Proactively Identify Opportunities and Mitigate Issues: anticipate challenges and share actionable feedback to improve experience and product development.
