Responsibilities

• Open new accounts with emphasis on activating services aligned with members' financial goals.
• Process and fund loan applications and offenses.
• Establish and maintain positive member relationships and resolve issues to maximize satisfaction.
• Provide notary services and complete audits as assigned.
• Promote products and services using consultative sales techniques.
