Qualifications

• Displays genuine care, patience, and professionalism in every interaction.
• Adapts quickly to evolving processes, technologies, and priorities.
• Communicates clearly and confidently; actively listens to understand member needs.
• Contributes positively to branch goals through teamwork and accountability.
• Notary – State Certification within 30 days preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members to the branch and manage lobby traffic with courteous service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, check payments, and account servicing with accuracy.
• Identify member financial needs and provide basic guidance; submit referrals.
• Promote digital tools and CRM usage to enhance transactions and self-service adoption.
• Maintain data integrity in all transactions and assist with issue resolution.
• Participate in coaching and cross-training to support branch goals and professional growth.
• Other duties as assigned.
