Job summary

You will process deposits, withdrawals, and account servicing while upholding compliance and security standards, all within a welcoming branch environment. Notary and NMLS knowledge are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of experience in Sales and Service is required.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Demonstrates accuracy and adherence to procedures; resolves discrepancies.
• Shows care, patience, and professionalism in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted member relationships by welcoming members to the branch and managing lobby traffic.
• Process member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check payments) with precision.
• Engage in consultative conversations to identify member financial needs and provide basic guidance.
• Promote self-service options and assist members with digital tools and CRM systems.
• Participate in coaching and cross-training to support branch goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
