Job summary

National Bank of Arizona is seeking a part-time teller to accurately process debit and credit transactions and assist clients with a variety of banking tasks. You will support account maintenance, money transfers, and other services while delivering strong customer service.

The role emphasizes cross-selling bank products and problem resolution, with a flexible schedule and bilingual English/Spanish preference. Competitive benefits apply to 20+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule within the hours listed above.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client’s needs.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish languages, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies and procedures.
• Assist clients with opening accounts, transfers, checks, ATM cards and loan payments.
• Resolve client issues directly or via referral to branch resources.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
