Job summary

MidFirst Bank is seeking a Personal Banker Associate in Tempe, AZ. This hybrid role blends teller duties with personal banking responsibilities to serve customers efficiently and promote banking products.

You will greet customers, open deposit accounts, process loan applications, and work to deepen relationships while meeting sales goals. Strong customer service and cash handling experience are preferred, with weekend availability and a Notary favorable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year successful sales experience in an incentive-driven environment.
• Minimum 6 months of cash handling and transactional processing experience.
• Ability to generate referrals including on-site visits with local businesses.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member and with customers.
• Strong work ethic and high integrity.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Friendly, outgoing, assertive and enthusiastic personality.
• Must have a current Notary or be willing to become one at the Bank’s expense.
