• Minimum 6 months cash handling and POS experience in retail or banking.
• Ability to generate referrals and perform on-site visits with local businesses.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team with customers.
• Strong work ethic and high integrity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Friendly, outgoing, assertive, confident and enthusiastic personality.
• Notary certification or willingness to become one at the bank's expense.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and facilitate a welcoming and customer-focused environment.
• Provide extraordinary customer service while achieving goals and supporting the banking center staff as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to help identify financial products and services that meet their needs.
• Promote financial products and services.
• Open deposit accounts and take loan applications, process consumer loan/credit line requests for customers.
• Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a balanced cash drawer and adhering to internal controls and procedures.
• Generate new business and expand relationships with current customers through networking and Centers of Influence.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns and create positive solutions.
• Support other employees as needed.
