Columbia Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences and expand client relationships at our Puyallup location. You will open consumer and business accounts while building trust and presenting tailored banking solutions.

Responsibilities include identifying client needs, referring to partners, and proactively solving issues. A background in teller work and NMLS exposure are valued as you help clients achieve financial goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• 1 year Teller or other banking experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of consumer banking and business products and services offered.
• Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open Consumer and Business accounts for existing and new clients.
• Acquire new and expand existing relationships with clients.
• Refer clients to appropriate internal business partners.
• Uncover and originate consumer lending opportunities.
• Provide excellent client service and timely responses.
