Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of Teller or banking experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of consumer banking and business products and services.
• Ability to develop consumer lending skills.
• Ability to handle cash, balance accounts, and perform accurate calculations.
• Ability to expand client relationships using personal and business rapport.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience by adhering to Breakthrough Client Experience Standards.
• Acquire new and expand existing client relationships by identifying needs and offering appropriate products.
• Refer clients to internal business partners and originate consumer lending opportunities.
• Open Consumer and Business accounts for existing and new clients.
• Support branch goals by referring bank products to internal partners and resolving client issues.
