Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of Teller or banking experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of Consumer products and services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in consumer lending.
• Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) within 60 days required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience per Breakthrough Client Experience Standards.
• Acquire new and expand existing client relationships by understanding needs.
• Originate consumer loans and small business lending opportunities.
• Open Consumer and Business accounts for existing and new clients.
• Provide proactive solutions and timely responses to inquiries.
