Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Personal Banker in Olympia, WA to deliver exceptional client experiences under our Breakthrough Client Experience Standards. You will open Consumer and Business accounts, expand relationships, and refer clients to partners for suitable solutions.

You will engage clients in financial reviews, help uncover lending opportunities, and support the team with teller duties when needed. A strong focus on service, accuracy, and building lasting relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year Teller or banking experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of consumer banking and business products/services.
• Ability to obtain NMLS license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Engage clients in client financial reviews to provide solutions and uncover needs.
• Open Consumer and Business accounts for existing and new clients.
• Refer clients to internal partners for appropriate products and services.
• Support the branch goal of identifying and referring a wide range of bank products.
