Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences by following Breakthrough Standards. You will acquire new clients, open accounts, and expand relationships by identifying needs and offering suitable banking products and services.

You will also refer clients to internal partners, support teller functions when needed, and work to resolve issues with proactive follow-through while building familiarity with business, consumer, and trust entities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year teller or banking experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of consumer banking and business products.
• Ability to develop consumer lending skills.
• Ability to accurately handle cash, balance accounts and drawers.
• Proficient in expanding client relationships and cross-selling.
