You will drive customer loyalty by offering PNC solutions and leveraging partnerships, while guiding customers through banking options and digital tools. The position requires strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to balance risk with sales objectives in a dynamic branch

Qualificações

• Associates or equivalent degree or related experience
• Typical requirement: 3+ years in banking or financial services
• Experience with branch customer service and sales processes preferred

Responsabilidades

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities
• Manage customer experience and identify opportunities to improve financial wellbeing
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet
